Proper wiring for outlet connected to No Neutral switch

Can you use the No Neutral switch connected to a wall outlet rather than a light, and if so do you need to use the capacitor? I'm suspecting yes but would like to see if anyone knows for certain. All the videos I see show the switch wired to a light which then has to look at the capacitor vs certain LED bulbs, and I'm looking to connect it to a switch that turns on two outlets.
